The journey towards the WAGC Mauritius National Final continued with another unforgettable chapter as Île aux Cerfs Golf Club hosted the WAGC Mauritius Île aux Cerfs Qualifier on 18 July 2026.
Set against the spectacular scenery of one of Mauritius’ most renowned golf destinations, the event welcomed passionate amateur golfers who competed with determination, precision, and a strong love for the game. The qualifier provided a memorable experience where players challenged themselves across the course while embracing the true values of golf — skill, respect, sportsmanship, and competition.

Antoine Fréville emerged as the Overall Champion of the WAGC Mauritius Île aux Cerfs Qualifier, delivering an outstanding performance with 71 points.
His exceptional consistency, strategic approach, and ability to perform under pressure earned him a well-deserved victory. This achievement represents another important milestone as he continues his journey towards the WAGC Mauritius National Final on 11 October 2026 at Avalon Golf Club.
